Custom QuickBooks® Reports
QuickBooks® reports: what you cannot get out of QuickBooks ®without hours of exporting, cutting and pasting every month. We have ammassed the world's largest library of custom QuickBooks® reports ranging from commissions on paid invoices to job costing to financial statements with budgets.
Limitations in the Intuit SDK (Software Development Kit), can slow other report writers to a crawl on larger files. We have worked closely with the QODBC team at FLEXquarters for three years to improve both the accuracy and speed of the ODBC driver and we know better than anyone how to avoid the little known pitfalls that confront people writing QuickBooks® custom reports. Accuracy and speed are BOTH important.
Our founder, Chuck Vigeant is not only considered the foremost authority on custom QuickBooks® reports, but he speaks to Intuit sponsored audiences and trains Intuit employees on the use of ODBC and reporting, and develops webinars on behalf of Intuit. He knows reports!
QuickBooks® custom reports are created with Crystal Reports®, but you don't need Crystal Reports® to run them. We have a Crystal Reports® viewer called QDataViewer which you can use to view any number of custom Crystal Reports on your machine.
QDataViewer was designed specifically for QuickBooks® custom reporting using Crystal Reports® and the QODBC driver. With QDataViewer you can filter by date, customers:jobs, items, sales reps, or any other filters appropriate to the type of report - and all of them are LIVE QuickBooks data filters. Even if you change your QuickBooks data, your report will not need any further changes.
The following is a partial list of the most requested custom QuickBooks ® report shells - most available for $149.00 each, and sold AS IS (QDataViewer is sold separately for $99.00). If you need changes, our experienced designers and QuickBooks® Pro Advisors can modify these at an hourly rate . If you need a QuickBooks® report that is not listed here, chances are, we have already designed something like it.
